I did a handful of distinct seasonal experiments in Afghanistan. I wore one particular pair of lighter bodyweight Darn Tough socks to get a full 7 days (working 7 times a week) on a few occasions. I had been a senior advisor not a doorway kicker any longer, but I used only one pair of socks for that
